I Am Consciousness

Let these affirmations speak through you, as you:
I am consciousness.
I am the awareness in which everything appears.
I am not bound by circumstances; I am the one who shapes them.
Feel the truth of that.
I am consciousness, choosing what I welcome into my experience.
I am consciousness, directing the flow of my life with certainty.
My thoughts are powerful, my mind is creative, and my word is law unto my experience.

Perfect Health is Always Our Truth

See yourself living in strength.
See yourself moving with ease.
See your body cooperating with your intentions.
Feel the truth of this idea:
I am designed to heal.
I am designed to thrive.
I am designed to live fully and freely.
My body is the temple of a limitless Intelligence, and that Intelligence knows exactly what to do.
It knows how to repair.
It knows how to regenerate.
It knows how to restore balance.
And it is doing so right now.
Any idea I once held that said I am weak— any belief that said healing is hard-any memory that tried to dictate my future-I now release it.
I let it go.

Our Personal Power

So often, we’re told that power lives somewhere outside of us — in people, systems, or situations.
But Ernest Holmes, founder of Science of Mind, reminds us:
“There is a Power for Good in the Universe — greater than we are — and we can use it.”
There is a Power for Good — and it responds to our thought, our belief, and our word.
Our personal power is not force.
It is alignment with the Infinite Creative Mind that knows no limitation.
Right now, we choose to step into that alignment.
I am powerfully connected to the Infinite.
My thoughts create my experience.
Today, I think with clarity, speak with purpose, and act with confidence.
All that I need flows to me now, through the perfect operation of Divine Law.

In Praise of Work

Let’s take a moment to breathe… and open our hearts to the divine idea of purposeful action.
Work is not a burden.
Work is the movement of divine energy through me.
It is the sacred activity of Spirit expressing itself as me — thinking, creating, doing, becoming.
Each task, no matter how small, is an opportunity to participate in the infinite creativity of the Universe.
I release the old idea that work is struggle.
I now affirm: Work is joy in motion.
My effort is guided by intelligence, inspired by love, and supported by an infinite supply of strength.
As I give myself to the work before me, I am fulfilled, not drained — uplifted, not worn.

But here's the thing - the more attention you give to the noise, the more you forget who you really are.
You are not a reaction to the world.
You are the creative force shaping it.
When you start focusing on what everyone else is doing, thinking, and saying, your energy fragments.
You begin to chase shadows instead of standing in your light.
You start to believe that life happens to you - when in truth, life happens through you.
